At hershape, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and transparently. Please review the details of our shipping process below.


Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States only.


Shipping Method & Carriers All orders are shipped using insured express shipping with protection against loss or damage during transit.


Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–18 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons (holidays, major sales events).


Shipping Cost Standard Shipping: FREE

There are no additional shipping charges.


Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Visit hershape.co/tools/track
  2. Enter your order number or tracking number
  3. View real-time updates on your shipment location

Important: Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking has not updated after 72 hours, please contact us at support@hershape.co


Lost or Delayed Packages

If Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Haven't Received Your Order: Contact support@hershape.co within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We will investigate the delivery (up to 72 hours) and reship your order if necessary. Please verify your shipping address was entered correctly, as we cannot provide refunds for customer address errors.

If Tracking Has Not Updated for 5+ Days: Contact support@hershape.co immediately with your order number, current tracking status, and last known location from tracking. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement order at no cost. Claim processing may take up to 72 hours.


Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, contact support@hershape.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will send a replacement immediately.


Customs, Duties & Taxes As we ship from China to the United States, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. hershape has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, we cannot issue a refund.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. hershape is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@hershape.co within 24 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.


Order Changes or Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@hershape.co. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
